Questions

Straight answers

What does social media marketing actually include?

Filming the content, editing it, writing the captions and hashtags, posting it on an agreed schedule across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, and reporting back on what it did. You can review everything first or leave us to it. It is the whole job, not just the camera part.

Do you only work with restaurants?

Restaurants and food businesses are most of what we do, because that is where we are strongest and where our results are. But we also run accounts for a menswear shop, a LEGO resale store and a lounge. If you are a local business with a physical place people visit, the approach works.

What does it cost?

Most clients spend between $1,500 and $3,000 a month. Where you sit in that range depends on how often we film and how many posts go out across the platforms. We quote it on the call and the price is fixed for the term — no surprise invoices.

Is there a minimum term?

Three months, then it rolls month to month. The minimum is not there to tie you in — it is the shortest period over which this can honestly be judged. Short-form compounds: the account has to build a body of work before the platforms decide who to show it to, and one month tells neither of us anything. After the first three you can stop whenever you like.

How many posts do we get each month?

It is set per client as a contracted number with a fixed posting interval, agreed before we start. Most restaurants land between eight and sixteen posts a month across platforms. We track delivered-versus-contracted continuously, so you can always see where the count stands.

How much work is this for us?

Close to none, and that is deliberate. We need two things from you: tell us what the business should be known for, and send a few accounts or videos whose look you like. After that it is on us — we film, write, schedule and publish. There is no content calendar for you to fill in and no scripts for you to write.

Who writes the captions?

We do, in your voice, and you can review them before anything is published if you want to. Captions matter more than most owners expect — they are where the location, the offer and the reason to come in actually live.

Do we have to be in the videos ourselves?

No, and you do not have to find someone either. Plenty of our best work is food, hands and room tone with nobody on camera. Where a face helps, we have models we can bring in to front the brand — so "none of us want to be on camera" is never the thing that stops this working.

Do you run paid ads as well?

Yes — we run paid Facebook and Instagram ads, and the two work best together. Organic shows us which posts people actually respond to, and paid puts budget behind those instead of guessing. You can take the organic work on its own, but most clients end up doing both.

How long before it does anything?

Honestly: months, not weeks. Short-form compounds. The account builds a body of work and the algorithm starts trusting it. Anyone promising results in thirty days is selling you something. What you should see early is a steadier feed and better-looking content than your competitors.

Do you work outside Detroit and Dearborn?

We shoot across metro Detroit and travel out as far as Fenton for existing clients. If you are further out, get in touch anyway and we will tell you straight whether the travel makes sense for what you are spending.
