Walk into Sheeba on a Friday and the room is full. Nobody who eats that food needs convincing.

The problem was never the food. It was that everyone who had not eaten there yet was deciding somewhere else — on a phone, in about four seconds, from whatever happened to be on screen. And the places winning those four seconds usually had the worse kitchen and the better camera.

That gap is the business

ACCEPTABLE Creatives is run by Qusay Alkahil. We started it to close that gap for the independent places around us — Dearborn, Dearborn Heights, Detroit, and out to Fenton. Family restaurants. Coffee houses. A menswear shop. A LEGO resale store that has no business being as good on camera as it is.

Why we post it as well as shoot it

Shooting is the easy half. The hard half is that a post has to go out on Tuesday, then Friday, then again next week, for months, before any of it starts to compound.

Owners do not have that in them — you are running a kitchen. So the folder of good clips sits on a desktop doing nothing, and a year later the verdict is that video did not work.

So we took it over. Every client has a set number of posts and a fixed schedule. We track what has gone out, what is queued and what each post did across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube, on our own dashboard — not a screenshot thrown together at invoice time. When something takes off we see it the same day and make more of it.

What you can expect

• Approval is yours if you want it. See everything before it goes out, or leave us to it.
• The schedule is what you are buying. Not the shoot day — the year of Tuesdays after it.
• You get told the truth. Including when a post flopped, and our best guess why.
• We stay small on purpose. The person you speak to is the person on your shoot.
